QS required to join an Irish property developer that is currently working on new build housing and apartment projects in Ireland, Portugal and the UK. You will oversee new build developments with high-quality finishing.
Taking on full responsibility for the management of all commercial aspects of major new build villa and the effective delivery and reporting of all the financial requirements of the project. Experience: 3-5+ years’ experience preferably with a Property Developer or Building main contractorMust hold EU passport to be considered as you will be required to visit sites in Portugal and Ireland. Permanent role.
