Engineering Manager - Grafana Application Security | EMEA | (Remote, UK)
£103.96k - £124.75k per annumAbout the roleWe are looking for an engineering manager to lead our application security engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, as well as liaising with other teams delivering parts of our overall security posture. ResponsibilitiesLead our application security team covering application security, cloud security, and internal tooling developmentLead 1st and 3rd party vulnerability management, including coordinated disclosureDefine, optimise and implement the engineering strategyRegular 1:1s, coaching and mentoringCollaborate with engineering leaders on product strategy and roadmapsBe actively engaged with significant incidentsContribute to and review design documentsRequirementsPrior experience running a security engineering teamStrong engineering backgroundDevOps mindset with focus on enablement and automationFamiliarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes and OSS/SaaS productsExcellent communication skillsCompensationIn the UK, the base compensation range for this role is £103,958 - £124,750. All roles include RSUs.
