Your other key responsibilities will include: * Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs. * Supporting them in finding their perfect cup of coffee and be on hand to deliver service-oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience. * Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso. **Your ingredients for success** To be successful in this role you will already have retail experience, ideally from a luxury background but we are happy to consider those from a different industry who have the required skill-set. Other key attributes include: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
