£65,000 - £85,000 (Hybrid working & Wider Benefits)

We are working with a well-established Top 10 firm who are seeking an Associate Director to join their Private Client team in Scotland.
You will have the chance to work on a wide variety of tax planning and compliance assignments, supporting high-net-worth individuals and family enterprises with tailored, forward-thinking advice.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys complex advisory work, team leadership, and long-term client relationship management.

The Role: Lead and manage a portfolio of private clients, including complex individuals, family groups, and business ownersDeliver advisory projects in areas such as CGT, IHT, trusts, business structuring, succession planning, and moreSupervise and review work from junior team members, while supporting their technical developmentContribute to business development efforts, alongside directors and partners
