- Location: Across Slough’s Family Hubs.
- DBS requirement: Enhanced
- 26 days annual leave (not including Bank holidays), rising to 30 days between 2 - 5 years' service and 33 days after 5 years' service.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will work as part of a multi-agency team based in our Best Start Family Hubs and will work with children, young people and their families to provide advice, support, and signposting to the relevant support service to meet their needs. You will welcome families into the hubs and support them to register and identify the best service for them. You will plan and deliver a range of Play and Learn sessions for families with children pre-birth to four years with a focus on school readiness, home learning and parenting support.
You will work with partners in the facilitation and delivery of support groups and other activities for families, in accordance with recognised early intervention and prevention strategies.
