Cleaning for seasonal rental property in quiet neighborhood
I’m looking for a reliable cleaner to service my seasonal rental property in a quiet neighborhood. The job involves a thorough tidy, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and changing linens between guests. The property is 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a small living area and a balcony. I’d prefer someone who can follow a checklist, arrive on time, and respect guest privacy. Cleaning supplies and fresh towels will be provided; please bring your own vacuum if possible. Flexibility for occasional quick refresh cleans between bookings would be ideal, and good communication about any issues is appreciated.
