Key Responsibilities: *Support children with a range of special educational needs (SEN) both in the classroom and during outdoor activities
*Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and supporting students' individual learning plans
*Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
*Support students with personal care where necessary and help them develop their social skills
*Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents when required About You: *Experience working with SEN children or in a similar role, ideally within an SEN specialist school
*A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
*A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet
