The Food and Beverage Assistant supports the smooth operation of the hotel's dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and room service. This role is essential in delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the standards of the hotel's food and beverage offerings. Key Responsibilities Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables or service areas
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to guest inquiries, dietary needs, and special requests
- Ensure a clean and welcoming dining environment at all times Bar & Beverage Support
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (if trained and licensed)
- Restock bar supplies and maintain cleanliness of bar area
- Assist with wine service and pairing recommendations Setup & Maintenance
