Smile Education are currently recruiting for a Geography Teacher to join a secondary school in Telford.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Preparing students effectively for GCSE Geography examinations.
- Creating an inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
- Developing students’ geographical knowledge, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND.
- Assessing work and providing constructive feedback to support progress.
- Maintaining high expectations and positive classroom behaviour.
- Working collaboratively with the Geography department and wider school team.
- Geography ECTs or fully qualified Geography Teachers.
- Experience teaching Geography within a UK secondary school.
- Strong knowledge of the secondary Geography curriculum.
- GCSE Geography teaching experience is desirable.
- A genuine passion for Geography and the ability to inspire students.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A positive, professional and engaging approach.
- The ability to build strong relationships with students.
- Flexibility, reliability and a commitment to student progress.
