This role requires someone who can cover a variety of shifts and locations, so access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence is essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide a visible and vigilant security presence across various client sites Follow site-specific Assignment Instructions (AI's) and ensure full compliance Maintain a high standard of personal and professional conduct Ensure the safety of the public and staff by proactively monitoring for risks and hazards Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively Accurately document incidents and ensure all reporting procedures are followed Make timely check calls and emergency contacts as required Attend and complete all required training and development programmes What You'll Need: -Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision - CCTV PSS preferred)-Previous security experience (retail security experience is an advantage)-Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle -Strong communication skills and a calm, confident approach under pressure -Flexibility to cover days, nights, weekends, and public holidays About Mitie With over 76,000 colleagues across the UK and beyond, Mitie is the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company.
