The dispensary team at the LGI is a friendly and extremely supportive team working as part of the larger Medicines Management & Pharmacy Services Team. All the team work hard together to provide an efficient service to our patients. What you will bring to the role The Senior Pharmacy Services Assistant role is varied and consists of all aspects of labelling and dispensing medicines, including controlled drugs, discharge prescriptions, and inpatient orders. There will also be some reception work, answering the phone, dealing with reception and admin type tasks. Raising orders and receipt of products from external and internal suppliers on a rotating basis is also part of this role as well as some stock maintenance tasks. Although this position is based in the LGI dispensary there maybe times we require you to work at LGI and Chapel Allerton Pharmacy.
