The purpose of this role is provide GREAT service to all our customers, whilst ensuring that we have exceptional displays and a well-stocked department.
We currently have one shift available:
Sunday: 10:30am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Assistant, you will:
- Deliver a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Offer helpful product advice and recommend suitable solutions
- Keep the shop floor well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Assist with deliveries, including unpacking, labelling, and stocking products
- Create and maintain attractive merchandising displays
- Support customers with deliveries and orders where needed
- Work flexibly across departments to support the wider team
- Follow health & safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all
- Handle customer queries or concerns professionally, escalating where needed
- Assist with stock control and stock counts
Skills Knowledge and Expertise:
The ideal Retail Assistant is someone who:
- Ideally has previous customer service experience - but not essential.
- Is willing to develop and learn new skills.
- Is friendly, positive, sociable and approachable.
- Is a strong team player.
- Previous knowledge of retail sales principles and practices is desirable but not essential
- Is flexible to work additional shifts and weekends if required
