What you will do * Manage a complex caseload involving Children in Need, Child Protection Plans, Public Law Outline (PLO) processes, and care proceedings.
* Undertake statutory assessments, risk assessments, and Section 47 enquiries in accordance with legislative requirements.
* Develop, implement, and review child-centred plans that promote safety, permanence, and improved outcomes for children and young people.
* Prepare high-quality reports for Child Protection Conferences, court proceedings, Looked After Children reviews, and other statutory meetings. Requirements * Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Social Work.
* Completion of Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) or equivalent post-qualification experience.
* Relevant continuing professional development in safeguarding and child protection practice.
* Current registration with Social Work England (SWE).
* Significant post-qualification experience within a Local Authority Children's Services environment.
