About the Role
We are seeking to appoint to the role of Contracts Officer
As a member of the Contracts Team and reporting to the Contracts and Compliance Manager, this role is integral to YPO’s
Compliance function, providing assurances on the compliance on all YPO’s procurement activity . The role will also support, guide and provide technical assistance to the procurement teams, and wider organisation, through effective collaboration and engagement.
This post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016. The post-holder is required to demonstrate an appropriate level of fluency under the duty as detailed within the job description and specification for the post.
About You
As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the Job Description, we seek someone who has:
- CIPS qualification or studying towards this.
- Experience of contract drafting and application in the public sector.
- Ability to review, interpret, and apply legislation.
- Understanding of risk management and public sector procurement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
