Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) - Specialist Practice
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join a busy specialist dental practice.
Location: Central London Working Days: Monday to Friday Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Start Date: Flexible - immediate start preferred, but willing to wait for the right candidate
About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and patient-focused individual with a strong background in dental reception and treatment coordination. The role combines front-of-house responsibilities with treatment planning support, as well as an element of sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing front desk operations and delivering exceptional patient care
Coordinating patient journeys and supporting treatment discussions
Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their options
Supporting practice growth through marketing and patient conversion
Maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling appointments
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental practice
Experience within a specialist dental setting
Strong understanding of treatment coordination
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
Interest or experience in sales and marketing
Highly organised with a patient-first approach
