Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator / Welder to join our production team in Lockerbie.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of our production team, you’ll work on a wide variety of bespoke structural steel and fabrication projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Fabricating and welding structural steel components
- MIG/MAG welding to a high standard
- Measuring, marking, and preparing steelwork accurately
- Inspecting and checking completed welds and dimensions
- Using workshop equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Working collaboratively to ensure projects are completed on time
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing business.

Essential:
- Minimum 3 years' MIG welding experience
- Minimum 3 years' fabrication experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good understanding of workplace Health & Safety

Desirable:
- Experience working with structural steel
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
-- Flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
