We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join our team on a permanent night shift. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our production and factory facilities.
Working Hours & Pay Rate:
Sunday to Thursday working 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
£12.71 per hour plus a £10 shift allowance per shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitising production areas, factory floors, and communal spaces
- Collecting and disposing of waste in accordance with company procedures
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Operating cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment to support production activities
- Reporting any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to management
What We're Looking For:
- A reliable and flexible individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
- Previous industrial, commercial, or cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
- A positive attitude and willingness to work night shifts on a Sunday to Thursday schedule
