We are looking for a dedicated SEN Complex Needs LSA to work closely with students who require tailored support due to profound or multiple learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, or significant physical or sensory impairments. As an SEN Complex Needs LSA , your empathy and enthusiasm will play a vital role in helping young people achieve their potential both academically and emotionally.
