Job Title: Senior Practice Nurse – Birstall
Location: Birstall

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
Our client, a busy primary care practice in Birstall , is recruiting a Senior Practice Nurse . The role offers a supportive team, protected clinic time and genuine investment in your development.
Key Responsibilities
- Run chronic disease clinics including asthma, COPD, diabetes and hypertension.
- Deliver childhood and adult immunisations and travel vaccinations.
- Carry out cervical screening and wound care.
- Provide health promotion and lifestyle advice.
- Maintain accurate records on the practice clinical system.
Requirements
- NMC registered nurse
- Recent experience in general practice
- Up to date with mandatory training and revalidation
- Familiar with EMIS or SystmOne
