Floor Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Link Retail Park, Derry!

This is a permanent, part time role offering 30 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekend.

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!

You will also

• Support the management of our teams and motivate colleagues to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills, knowledge and training
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through the delivery of excellent customer service
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!

It is essential that you have the following:

• Experience supervising/managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
• The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
• A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
