What we’re looking for…

This Fixed Term Contract role will focus on driving key strategic projects across the Reward landscape, specifically leading efforts around Pay Transparency compliance, the Digitisation of Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP), and Payrolling Benefits in Kind (PBIK).

Additionally, the role will support the People Operations and Reward Manager, playing an important part in reward analysis, framework development and maintenance and supporting executive remuneration benchmarking and data preparation. You will provide input, analysis, and advice on all aspects of reward, including salary benchmarking, role sizing/job evaluation, job families, benefit packages, and recognition programs.

Responsibilities

FTC Deliverables:

• Pay Transparency & Reward Projects: Lead the delivery of Pay Transparency initiatives, reviewing and enhancing pay structures, job families and job evaluation frameworks as required to support legislative readiness and market practise. You will do this in conjunction with Business Leaders and Performance Partners.
• Digitising LTIP: Lead the digital transformation and administration of Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP), streamlining processes through HRIS/reward technology platforms.
• PBIK & Compliance: Lead organisational readiness for mandatory payrolling benefits in kind (PBIK), coordinating benefit data, payroll processes, provider requirements, controls and year-end compliance.

Broader Reward Responsibilities:

• Reward Analysis: Use research, surveys, and market data to assess the company's competitive reward position and generate reports on compensation costs, workforce demographics, and reward program effectiveness.
• Job Frameworks & Salary Reviews: Assist with year-end salary review processes and design job evaluation frameworks, job families, and pay frameworks to determine appropriate pay levels across roles.
• Incentive & Recognition Design: Input into improvement and management of bonus/incentive plans and employee recognition programs.
• Query Resolution & Advice: Respond to and resolve complex reward, statutory benefits, and remuneration queries from employees and the wider HR team.
• Data Integrity & Systems: Ensure all reward and colleague data is managed accurately, safely, and integrated cleanly across HRIS and benefit provider systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider People team, Finance, and external benefit providers to share technical knowledge and ensure seamless execution of reward programs.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree, or equivalent experience, in reward, compensation, or benefits.
• Experience leading reward or compensation projects in a complex organisation.
• Hands-on experience with salary benchmarking and reward frameworks.
• Experience working with HRIS, reward technology, and payroll systems to support process improvement.
• Proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, including EXCO, CPO, P&CLT, and business leads.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of pay transparency, executive reward, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with job evaluation.
• Experience presenting reward recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle.
