Drivers Mate / Porter

£13 per hour

Manpower is currently recruiting for Porters / Drivers Mates for one of our clients based in Leith, Edinburgh. Please note this role requires constant heavy lifting so please bear this in mind when applying!

Work will be carried out Monday to Friday with start times from 05:00 - 06:00AM starts.
£13.00 P/H - Weekly Pay
Overtime after 8 hours - 1.5X base rate

Essential requirements/duties for this role

You will be lifting items at delivery destination either by hand or pallet truck.
Previous experience in this role would be advantageous but not essential.
Safely load and unload trailer.
Correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must always be worn on site
Adhering to Working Time Regulations
As you will be the face of the company you need excellent customer service skills
