As Commis Chef , you will be a cornerstone of culinary excellence within our kitchen — combining technical mastery with the mentorship and presence to raise those around you. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards. 

• Follow recipes, technical sheets, and portion controls with precision.

• Prepare mise en place efficiently to support smooth kitchen operations. 

• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment in line with HACCP and food safety standards. 

• Support Chef de Parties and senior chefs during service and daily operations. 

• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage of ingredients. 

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture and support colleagues across sections. 

• Continuously develop your culinary knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and techniques.
