PRM is Expanding – Join Our Women’s Division
PRM is currently looking to grow its team of Women’s Agents. We are seeking a Women’s New Faces & Development Booker/Agent to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and talent development to play a key role in discovering, developing, and managing new talent.
We also welcome applications from individuals with experience as a Photographer’s Agent or Casting Director who are looking to transition into a new area within the industry.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the Women’s New Faces & Development Booker/Agent will include:
- Managing models’ schedules and coordinating daily appointments
- Booking jobs and arranging castings for models
- Liaising with industry professionals, including photographers, stylists, and magazines
- Organising and overseeing test shoots to develop models’ portfolios
- Scouting and identifying new talent
What PRM Agency is looking for:
- A genuine passion for and understanding of the fashion industry
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Discretion and a clear understanding of confidentiality
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical thinking with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to review your own work, identify errors, and make improvements
- Reliable, with excellent time management and punctuality
