ROLE : PPD Print Production / MFD Photocopier FSE
LOCATION : Newport - 4 week shift cycle - OTE up to £50,000

We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide high‑quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience . We are open to those from Photocopier / MFD backgrounds too that would be open to upskilling

The Role


Delivering technical service, maintenance, and repair across Production Print equipment
Carrying out installations and de‑installations, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently
Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring a positive service experience
Escalating technical issues promptly
Identifying opportunities for additional services or revenue while on customer sites
Building strong customer relationships
Managing and maintaining vehicle stock   
The Candidate

Strong technical knowledge of Production Print and/or MFD devices
Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
Confident using diagnostic tools and reading complex technical instructions
IT literacy and basic networking capabilities
Strong communication skills Shift Patterns

This role operates on a rotating 4‑week shift cycle:


Week 1 – Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Week 2 – Evening Shift: 4:30pm – 12:00am or 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Week 3 - Day shift: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Week 3 – Night Shift: 12:00am – 8:30am No shifts or weekends apply until full training is completed and the engineer is fully up to speed.
