Rework Technician

Proactive Global is currently seeking a highly skilled Rework Technician to join a well-established electronics manufacturer based in Windsor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong soldering and rework skills to become a valued part of a growing and supportive team. Responsibilities: Perform precise soldering tasks down to 0201 surface mount component size Carry out SMT and Through Hole rework to a high standard Interpret and work from engineering drawings, diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BoMs) Maintain high standards of workplace housekeeping Experience with BGA rework, track repairs, and circuit modifications is highly desirableAbout the candidate: Proven hands-on experience in electronic rework and repair Excellent attention to detail and steady hand for fine component work Ability to work independently or as part of a team A proactive and quality-focused approach to tasksIf you are a confident and experienced technician ready to take on your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
