Our client has been established within the industry for many years and handles imports and exports via Air, Sea, Road & Rail freight. They are currently looking for an Export Coordinator to work at their office based in Tilbury.
The role will be to work on both Air and Sea freight Exports from start to finish.
Duties will include:
· Arranging bookings with lines and carriers.
· Arranging collections making sure to meet vessel/ flight deadlines
· Communicating with customers, hauliers and carriers.
· Completing customs entries.
· Raising export documentation and manifests.
· Checking with warehouses that screening and check weighing have been completed. Finalising all documentation
· Checking vessels/flights have been met.
· Invoicing, liaising with and sending pre alerts to overseas agents.
· Following up after delivery to ensure the customer was happy
Salary to £35k
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9/5pm
Requirements
Experience required:
The client is looking for someone with a good level of education and approx 2 years experience within a similar role and a good knowledge of working with CNS and Destin8.
Experience in completing customs declarations and entries is essential
Must have Ocean freight Exports experience
