Community Learning Disabilities Nurse - Band 5 We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Learning Disabilities Nurse to join our community team. This opportunity is ideal for a newly qualified nurse looking to begin their career in a supportive environment, or for an experienced practitioner seeking to further develop their skills in community-based learning disabilities nursing. You will be joining a well-established and experienced team of Learning Disabilities Nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Following a structured induction period, you will manage a caseload of individuals with a range of healthcare needs.
