We pride ourselves on providing nurseries with enthusiastic, reliable staff who genuinely love working with children. We have roles across two tiers: The Qualified Tier (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Level 3 Early Years Educator, NNEB). Please note: Due to government ratio regulations, Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications do not meet the criteria for Qualified Practitioner rates. The Unqualified/Support Tier: You might not have the official paperwork, but you have the heart for it! We welcome warm, experienced applicants with 3+ months of verifiable experience working in a private nursery or preschool setting. Compliance (The 2025 Standard): Safety first! To be counted in nursery ratios, you must hold a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate. If you don't have one right now, you must be willing to complete the training immediately to keep our little ones safe and compliant with regulations. Ready to Bring the Fun to Greenwich?
