You'll be responsible for: * Leading, coaching and developing the team * Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance * Delivering excellent customer service * Managing stock, rotas, administration and compliance * Maintaining high standards across the store * Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business About You We're open on background and are more interested in your leadership ability, commercial mindset and passion for fishing.
