Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Home, Birmingham

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care home in Birmingham, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality clinical care to residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents
* Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and reviews
* Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines and home policies
* Supervise and support care assistants and junior staff
* Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
* Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately
* Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times What We're Looking For * Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN) with no restrictions
* Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar clinical setting (preferred)
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly or specialist care
