I'm looking for someone to remove an existing flooring material from a small living room. The job includes lifting and disposing of old floorboards or tiles, cleaning the subfloor, and taking care to avoid damage to surrounding walls and fixtures. I prefer someone with experience in DIY demolition, proper safety equipment, and responsible disposal. The space is on the ground floor, and there are no heavy appliances to move. Please provide an estimated duration and any waste disposal options. I’m flexible on start time but would like to complete by early afternoon.
