After the successful launch of Coffi Lab's new wine and cocktail pop-up in Rhiwbina, we are looking to recruit a team so that we can roll this out on a regular basis.
We are looking for Bartenders to be the face of The Pup & Ball and help our customers to continue enjoying the simple things a little later into the evening.
You would be serving a curated selection of drink and nibbles, with last orders being at 8:30pm. Shifts would be Friday, Saturday and Sundays working 14:30 to 21:30.
Responsibilities include:
delighting every customer with a warm, friendly Coffi Lab experience
adhering to recipes and standards of presentation
keeping the bar and customer areas clean, tidy and well stocked
multitasking and maintaining an appropriate pace, often whilst working under pressure
supporting the close down at the end of the shift
Ideal candidates will have previous bartending experience, including cocktail making. We are looking for a strong team player who is organised and can remain calm.
