We are recruiting for staff to join our Night shift.


The role involves 3 night shifts per week, with flexibility around which days. Initially, the successful applicant will be required to work on the day shift, for initial training and shadowing before moving onto nights.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Individual Outcome and Wellbeing: Implement person-centered support plans, promote independence, manage risks, encourage relationships, and ensure legal and best practice compliance. 
- Activity Planning: Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth. 
- Health and Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs. 
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records. 
- Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration. 
- Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
