About the Company
We're working with a well-established and growing machinery business that specialises in hydraulic attachments and heavy equipment. With a strong reputation for quality service and customer support, they're looking to add a Hydraulic Fitter to their expanding team.
The Role
As a Hydraulic Fitter, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hydraulic attachments for a range of heavy machinery, both in the workshop and on customer sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing and fitting hydraulic attachments
* Carrying out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
* Routine servicing and maintenance of hydraulic systems
* Delivering and collecting machinery and attachments
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Maintaining accurate service records This is a varied role combining workshop-based work with site visits across the local area. The Candidate * Experience working with hydraulic systems and attachments
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Able to read hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence Backgrounds considered: Construction machinery, plant hire, agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, hydraulic engineering or similar. What's on Offer * Competitive basic salary
