This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who can create engaging, inclusive lessons and provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will play an important role in helping pupils develop academically, socially, emotionally, and personally. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs and abilities of pupils with SEN.
* Adapt teaching approaches, resources, and activities to support different learning styles and additional needs.
* Establish a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe and encouraged to learn.
* Monitor pupils' progress and attainment, providing constructive feedback and adjusting support where required.
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants, support staff, parents, and other professionals to provide consistent pupil support.
* Promote positive behaviour, confidence, independence, and participation in learning and wider school life. Minimum Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN or additional learning needs is essential or highly desirable.
* Good understanding of different SEN profiles and the ability to tailor teaching to individual needs.
* Strong classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
* Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach with a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
