Inside Sales Specialist (Balkans, Eastern Europe & middle east)

LGC Standards seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to drive new business growth across the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and Middle East. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle for laboratory and scientific products, building customer pipelines, and identifying expansion opportunities within established accounts.

Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads; prospect new customers across assigned territory
Own full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure and account management
Build revenue by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients
Develop trusted partnerships with customers in Pharma, Biotech, Environmental, Food, and Clinical sectors
Collaborate with Marketing and Scientific teams to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements

Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Physics, or related scientific field
Demonstrated experience selling laboratory, scientific, or technical products
Proven track record of closing new business and meeting sales targets
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Fluent English; additional European languages preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
Willingness to travel up to 15% occasionally
