Job description
Join one of Northern Ireland's leading builder's merchants, renowned for high-quality building materials and excellent customer service. We're seeking a proactive Field-Based Merchandiser to support multiple branches, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked to enhance the customer experience.

About you
- Experience in visual merchandising or retail, ideally in builders' merchants or related sectors
- Open to sales candidates with sector experince within Builders Merchant.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- Knowledge of construction or trade products is a bonus
What you'll do
- Maintain visual standards across branches
- Implement promotional displays and product layouts
- Conduct regular store audits and provide improvement suggestions
- Collaborate with suppliers and branch teams to maximise merchandising impact
