We’re hosting a Recruitment Open Day for Support Workers at our Supported Living services in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the role, meet our friendly team, and even begin your application on the day.

What the Role Involves
As a Support Worker, you will support individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Supporting with daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care)
- Helping individuals access community activities and healthcare appointments
- Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety
- Working closely with families and professionals
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Flexible availability (evenings, sleep-ins, alternate weekends)
- Positive, caring attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive approach
Experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
