Temporary Luxury Footwear Sales Associate – Bicester
£14.25 per hour (including holiday)
We're currently recruiting for temporary Sales Associates to join some of the world's leading luxury footwear brands in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience within the luxury retail sector, with the potential to lead to further opportunities for high-performing individuals.

The Role
- Deliver a premium customer experience through personalised service and product recommendations.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive sales through confident upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide expert product knowledge, brand storytelling, and styling advice.
- Maintain exceptional visual and housekeeping standards throughout the boutique.
- Support with cash desk transactions, gift wrapping, and customer purchases.
- Assist with stock replenishment, stockroom organisation, and deliveries.
- Develop an understanding of luxury footwear and complementary styling opportunities.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
About You
- Previous retail experience is essential, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for luxury fashion and footwear.
- A confident and proactive salesperson with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Well-presented, professional, and reliable.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods.
