Daily Pay Rate: £110 - 120
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary

Long Term Futures is recruiting an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Birmingham. You'll work within the school's Early Years provision, supporting children during a key stage of their learning and development.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys creating positive, engaging learning experiences and wants to become a consistent part of an Early Years team.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the class teacher to support engaging EYFS learning and continuous provision
• Provide tailored support to children individually, in small groups and during whole-class activities
• Promote learning through purposeful play, exploration and child-led experiences
• Help children develop their early communication, language, literacy, numeracy and social skills
• Recognise children's progress and share useful observations with the class teacher
• Prepare activities and resources while helping maintain an inviting, well-organised Early Years environment

What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related subject.
• Previous experience supporting children within an EYFS or Reception setting.
• A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
