We are currently recruiting Event Support Staff to assist with a corporate event taking place in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals looking for short-term event work within a professional environment.
Duties may include:
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the event
- Welcoming and directing guests
- Providing general support to the event management team
- Assisting with registration and guest enquiries
- Ensuring event areas remain clean, organised and presentable
- Supporting catering and hospitality requirements where required
- Carrying out general event-related duties as instructed
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the event
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous event, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
