Where you’ll be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What you’ll be doing?

Day to day you'll e nsure all related activities/works are undertaken safely, in line with MWS procedures and industry best practice.

We'll need you to c omplete and follow comprehensive and detailed risk assessments, and be responsible for setting up work sites and removal, within the code of practice.

You'll report any damage/defects and work in highways with pedestrians and live traffic along with being  required to maintain a clean and safe work site, vehicle and tooling.

What you'll bring?

• Do you hold a full UK Driving License? This is an essential requirement. 
• Can you demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow established procedures?
• Have you gained Water hygiene card, Water SHEA or CSCS?
• Do you hold,  Streetworks Operative Qualification,  Emergency First Aid,  Abrasive Wheels Manual Handling qualifications?
