Parts Specialist - Zeekr UK

Job purpose:

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts and Pricing Specialist will be responsible for managing parts pricing and stock, handling dealer enquiries through the Parts Help Desk, and overseeing transportation efficiency to Dealers. The role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely resolution of urgent demands, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

• Pricing, Margin & Stock Management
  Manage dealer pricing from RRP through to net invoice, monitor margins and costs against KPIs, implement price changes, and optimise stock levels to balance customer demand and cost.

• Dealer & Spare Parts Support
  Manage dealer enquiries and provide support on ordering processes, communications, delivery timings, IT and financial processes, while supporting 3PL partners and internal orders.

• Transportation & Logistics Coordination
  Coordinate dealer deliveries and transport bookings, manage carriers, returns and missed deliveries, and ensure transport activity remains cost-effective and efficient.

• Inventory, Systems & Data Management
  Maintain accurate records across inventory and logistics systems, manage returns and parts failures, oversee minimum order quantities (MOQs), and ensure data accuracy between systems and warehouse stock.

• Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement
  Investigate and resolve issues relating to spare parts orders, transportation and dealer support, prioritising urgent requirements and implementing corrective actions with the Parts Manager.

• Reporting & Special Projects
  Support business projects across purchasing, reporting and KPI tracking, taking ownership of additional activities as required within a fast-growing business environment.

Education, Skills and Personal characteristics required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Automotive Technology, Engineering, Customer Service or a related field is desirable but not essential.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive spare parts or coordination, preferably within a dealer group, car brand company or distributor.
