As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children's development during their crucial early years, delivering engaging and creative learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework. What you’ll be doing: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.Monitor, assess, and record children's progress and development.Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met.Contribute to the wider life of the setting and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).Experience working within an Early Years setting.Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A nurturing, creative, and child-centred approach to teaching.Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Why work with Protocol Education?
