We are looking for an experienced Administrator or Personal Assistant who is looking for a new opportunity working for an international company based in Birmingham, supporting one of the company’s directors. This role will be a mix of general office support, HR administration and PA responsibilities, providing exceptional support. This multinational organisation is based within the construction industry, where no two days are the same.
This is a role where you need to be adaptable. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment. You will be supporting the organisation of a range of internal and external meetings, assisting with board reports and supporting the daily running of the office.
The role will also consist of administrative support, working with the HR team and providing general HR assistance throughout the employee lifecycle. This will include onboarding new starters, assisting with recruitment and supporting a range of upcoming HR projects.
The ideal candidate will have the confidence to support a range of different projects. Previous experience supporting events, along with strong organisational skills, would be advantageous.
