Regional Operations Manager â Domiciliary Care Portsmouth, Southampton & Surrounding Areas Salary: Competetive
We are partnering with one of the fastestâgrowing care groups in Europe, a highly techâdriven, innovationâfocused organisation that is transforming how homecare is delivered. The group has scaled rapidly through digitalisation, dataâled decisionâmaking and a modern approach to care, and continues to invest heavily in technology and quality improvement.
They are now seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of 7â10 domiciliary care branches across the South Coast.
The Role You will provide leadership, coaching and operational oversight to Branch Managers across your region, ensuring each service delivers safe, compliant and personâcentred care. Youâll drive quality, culture, commercial performance and consistency, while supporting growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop Branch Managers
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and internal governance
Drive improvements in quality, culture and service delivery
Oversee operational performance, budgets and KPIs
Support growth, tenders and new business opportunities
Build strong relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders
Embed best practice and ensure consistent standards across all branches
About You
Proven experience overseeing multiple domiciliary care branches (typically 5+)
Strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality frameworks
Confident leader able to coach, challenge and support teams
Commercially aware with a track record of improving performance
Comfortable working in a fastâpaced, techâenabled environment
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
