The Role
The Best Connection are seeking reliable and motivated Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will work within a chilled environment, roughly 0 degrees, accurately picking orders using a voice-directed headset system.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using a voice-directed headset system.
- Work safely and efficiently within a chilled environment.
- Handle trays and stock in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure all orders are picked correctly and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.
- Follow all health and safety and food safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working within a chilled environment would be advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards of work.
