Head of Retail Media
£70k - £75k per annumAs the Head of Retail Media in London, you'll oversee the development and execution of a new retail media department to enhance the company's digital presence. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will hold full commercial and operational ownership of this high–profile business unit.

Description
- Develop and implement effective retail media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Oversee digital campaigns and ensure they align with business goals.
- Manage relationships with media partners and vendors to optimise results.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross–functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Lead the budget planning and allocation for retail media activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into strategy development.
- Report on key metrics and performance to senior stakeholders.
Profile
- Proven experience in retail media and digital campaign management.
- Background in building and scaling new functions, business units, or commercial capabilities from the ground up
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and media landscape.
- Experience in Grocery, Retail and/or wider FMCG
- Experience collaborating with cross–functional teams and external partners.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary of GBP70,000 – GBP75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Package including pension scheme, 22 days of annual leave, with the option to purchase additional days, Life Assurance cover and private medical Insurance.
- 5 days a week onsite
