Lead IT service and business systems strategy, performance, and compliance within a GxP-regulated environment
Act as the senior IT partner to site leadership, aligning digital capability with business priorities
Own and prioritise the digital portfolio, ensuring investment aligns with strategic goals
Provide executive oversight of programmes, managing risk, governance, and delivery outcomes
Ensure systems are validated, audit-ready, and meet regulatory and operational requirements
Drive business continuity planning and proactive risk management
Lead vendor strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations
Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Align regional IT governance with global standards and frameworks
Support enterprise-wide digital and smart manufacturing initiatives
