- Lead IT service and business systems strategy, performance, and compliance within a GxP-regulated environment
- Act as the senior IT partner to site leadership, aligning digital capability with business priorities
- Own and prioritise the digital portfolio, ensuring investment aligns with strategic goals
- Provide executive oversight of programmes, managing risk, governance, and delivery outcomes
- Ensure systems are validated, audit-ready, and meet regulatory and operational requirements
- Drive business continuity planning and proactive risk management
- Lead vendor strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations
